I am a young dentist that has recently bought my first practice and am looking for someone who shares the same patient care mindset as me. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills. We are looking for the right fit and as long as your attitude is great, we can teach you what to do.
We believe in being the best we can be and do about 100+ hours of continuing education in dentistry a year. The successful applicant will also be willing to join us on 2 practice coaching seminars in Chicago and Arizona (all paid for by us). The practice seminars focus on delivering our patients world-class customer service and care.
Duties
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Perform dental receptionist duties as needed
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software preferred
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM technology for digital impressions preferred
- Experience in orthodontics and working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Familiarity with medical terminology and Epic electronic health records system is preferred
We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various dental procedures, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
