Dental Assistant Manager

Our modern fast paced dental practice is looking to hire an additional, full time team member to join our front desk as an Assistant Manager 4-5 days a week. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a Dental receptionist and be able to work one evening a week and Saturdays. Please note: we are closed every Long weekend.

The qualified applicant must have experience with dental insurance and pre authorizations, accounts, collections, appointment bookings, efficient scheduling, daily reconciliations, reception duties and monthly reports along with the following attributes:

1- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

2- Excellent communication/people skills

3- Efficient multitasker who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

4- Computer literate (familiar with dental software and typing skills 40 wpm)

5-Strong attention to detail

6-Well organized and know how to prioritize tasks

7- Excellent time management

8- Friendly, calm and positive demeanor

9. Team player

10. Willingness to grow within the company

Salary: $30.00 to $35.00per hour
