Dental Technician- Model

LHM is a full-service dental laboratory looking to hire a full-time permanent Dental Technician in our Model Department

APPLICANTS MUST BE CANADIAN RESIDENTS

SPONSORSHIP IS NOT PROVIDED

Duties would include;

• Design
• Refractory Model making
• Waxing-up
• Investing
• Casting
• Divesting
• Polishing
• Repair of Chrome and Titanium cast frameworks
• Providing support procedures to include user maintenance and first line repair of dental equipment and disinfection/sterilization procedures
• Providing laboratory procedures to include fabrication of casts, custom trays, mouth guards and minor repairs to acrylic appliances
• Providing general dental administrative services; • Making impressions for study models

Must have working knowledge of all aspects of dental technology.

Prior Working experience in a dental lab/dental office is an asset.

Candidate must have the ability to work under deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy is a must.

Applicants must be available for a one on one interview and working trial.

Salary range is $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience. Will be finalized during interview and based on the trial.
