Job Description:
As a Designer focused on Product, Branding, and Sales at our early-stage startup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity, product offerings, and Marketing materials. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your creative vision and strategic mindset to craft compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management and development teams to understand business objectives and develop design solutions that align with our brand identity and value proposition.
• Create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our product, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience from end to end.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including digital assets, marketing collateral, and sales materials.
• Design eye-catching marketing campaigns and promotional materials that effectively communicate our unique selling points and drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Lead design initiatives and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a designer with a focus on product, branding, and sales in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in branding and Marketing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards common goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take risks and challenge the status quo.
