Compugen is looking for a Deskside Support Analyst for a 6 month contract starting immediately. This role is onsite.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support responsibilities will include some or all of the following:

  • Troubleshooting and incident solving support for workstations, laptops, docking stations, including but not limited to login, passwords, software install, Internet access, application installation, printer set up, multi-function device setup, anti-virus software/virus disinfection
  • Organization, setup and support of onsite AV equipment for training events, business meetings, conferences, presentations, etc
  • Support for office equipment (e.g. printers, MFP’S, projectors and faxes)
  • Support for workstation software and application
  • Support for Smart Phones/Tablets (e.g. Android, iOS tablet devices etc.)
  • Support for Video conferencing, VOIP and Multimedia technologies
  • End User Device re-imaging
  • Requests for the installation, upgrade, relocation and removal of End User Devices
  • Requests for the installation, upgrade and removal of software packages
  • Support hardware moves and relocation projects as required
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in providing onsite technical support
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Deskside & Office hardware and software including AV
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency of service
  • Good administration skills and attention to details
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
