SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for Supply Chain is the fastest growing SAP crown jewel cloud product with large enterprise customers yielding 350 million EUR ACV. Built on SAP HANA delivering innovations in the space of Digital Supply Chain Planning portfolio of SAP ERP in the locations Palo Alto (US), Montreal (CA), Pittsburg (US), Walldorf (DE), and Budapest (HU).

As a developer, you will be responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, supportability, quality assurance of specific product features in an agile development team of a sophisticated and flexible Business Planning application used to solve complex planning problems. You will be working on a web-based product that is offered as cloud service. The product is highly successful with >1,400 large enterprise customers who value stability, scalability, reliability, performance, usability, integration, and quality.

•    Work in a development team under the mentoring or direction of an experienced colleague.
•    Demonstrates full ownership for assigned/accepted tasks with good level of quality, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
•    Share your ideas, passionately foster your product, and show pride in your work.
•    Communicate clearly and convey relevant messages in a timely manner.
•    Build collaborative work relationships and trust within own team and interfacing teams.

What you bring
Required
•    University degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, information technology, engineering, natural sciences or similar
•    Fluent in English language skills, both written and spoken, French is an asset
•    Solid programming skills in at least one language like ABAP, Java, JavaScript, C++ or similar
•    Good grasp of object-oriented programming model and modularization
•    Strong analytical and logical skills
 
Preferred
•    Database knowledge (SQL, SQL script procedures, views etc.) 
•    Some exposure to business processes in supply chain management

Work Experience
•    We are looking for graduates with limited working experience or professionals with up to 5 years of experience.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 69,600 - 143,500 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
