About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Training Consultant to join our growing team!
What you’ll do here:
- Design, develop and maintain different processes training programs.
- Collaborate with different departments to develop a self-serve training plan and coordinate training activities.
- Plan and facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions as well as ongoing training sessions for more experienced resources.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions offered to employees, online or in virtual classes.
- Attend meetings, work collaboratively with key partners and other stakeholders as required.
- Remain on the lookout for best practices in terms of dissemination, design and transfer of learning.
- Act as an advisory resource for managers and the Management Team.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or other relevant degree, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
- 2 to 5 years of training experience or related experience.
- Open to designing and facilitating training through different approaches (e.g., classroom-based, online, etc.).
- Great ability to communicate.
- Can manage frequent changes.
- Excellent team player.
- Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of e-learning development tools and storyboard design skills (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
