Digital Marketing Manager

Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is a role of maintaining the Company’s online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns. Duties include researching, strategizing, and creating content for successful campaigns, driving sales revenue, managing customer and community relations, and related sales performance. This individual will use various channels to reach customers, manage internal and external marketing initiatives, monitor social media channels, whilst ensuring content on Company websites is consistently up to date.

Job Responsibilities:

 Plan, manage and execute all Digital Marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising to promote our company and brand.

 Design, build and maintain social media presence for a cohesive message to our audience.

 Measure and report performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns, assess against goals.

 Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.

 Analyze the effectiveness of sales programs/promotions; recommend and implement changes based on findings.

 Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

 Develop prepare, and deliver sales materials, trade show exhibits, conference appearances, and other promotional programs when/if required.

 Keep company website extranet content up to date and accurate.

 Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.

 Collaborate with other local businesses and partners.

 Complete other duties as directed and required from the General Manager

 Progress reporting weekly and as required.

 Attend sales meetings or any other brand initiatives.

Requirements:

 A dedicated customer service professional that is committed to the highest quality standards.

 Proven experience in Digital Marketing.

 Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience.

 Highly creative and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

 Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.

 Ability to examine and re-engineer sales operations, form new policies, develop, and implement new strategies.

 Excellent teamwork and team building skills.

 Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners and customers.

 Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.

 Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.

 Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

 Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits and other events.

 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and social media analytics tools.

Job Type: Full time / 30 hours per week on average
