SalaryPeer Support South East Ontario is looking for a reliable, engaging and non judgmental Direct Peer Support Worker. This position will be based out of our Kingston & NapaneePeer Support Centres. The schedule is a fixed two week rotation. The successful applicant will be working 3 days per week in our Kingston location and 2 days per week in our Napanee location. The successful applicant will typically be scheduled Monday to Friday, however the individual will be required to work one Saturday per month.
Peer Support is a non clinical service. We lean on the lived experience of our Direct Peer Support Workers to work with individuals on their personal recovery.
We hire individuals with lived experience with addictions or mental health barriers, who are well enough in their own recovery to support others.

Fluency in French is an asset.
The wage is inclusive of 5% in lieu of benefits.
