We are looking for a Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to join BrokerLink on a Permanent full time basis reporting to our CFO. This position will work out of our Toronto or Glenmore location.

What the Role Entails:

• Lead the review of our annual budget process and act as business owner for the annual planning process
• Proactively analyze business performance and key performance metrics to provide analytical, strategic, and financial support to senior leadership across the company
• Measuring financial performance against key business metrics and plans to provide insight and solid analysis to support the senior management team's decision making process
• Partnering with leaders across the organization to inform key strategic decisions
• Reviewing and preparing accurate and timely financial and operational reports for senior management
• Providing leadership to the Financial Planning and Analysis team, focusing on continual performance improvement, change management, staff development, coaching, and succession planning; communicating clear expectations to direct reports, managing performance, and providing support to team members as required

The Successful candidate will have:

• 10 years + of relevant work experience in a Financial Planning capacity with a large company with a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
• Experience working with senior executives providing strong expertise combined with strategic thinking
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Results-driven, reliable, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a mindset to develop a team and drive results.
• Advanced Excel, SQL, and MS Access experience
