Leads and oversees the development and execution of the performance development strategy, program and process globally ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. - Ensure approach is fully enabled and supported via Enterprise HR technology and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders
- Set clear performance targets to measure, assess, and communicate performance effectiveness and impact
- Provide ongoing thought leadership on leading practices to enable high performance
- Establish and track KPIs for initiatives that build diverse teams and drive high-performance
- Stay informed using industry/external relative benchmarks and report progress to executive management

- Collaborate with Total Rewards on compensation and recognition areas to ensure performance initiatives align and maximize performance impact
- Govern the execution of the performance cycle in partnership with HR Services and HR Business Partners
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the performance cycle through HR Services
- Ensure alignment through collaboration with key business partners to enable building diverse and high-performing winning teams; including partnering with HRBP's, Talent Acquisition, Leadership, Learning, Total Rewards and HR Technology
- Apply structured methodology and lead change management activities; assess the integrated change impact and support the design and delivery by partnering appropriately to create employee training programs
- Builds a Performance COE that provides ongoing thought leadership on key trends and leading practices
- Recruit, develop and engage the team of performance experts
- Advise & support HR Business Partners teams on delivering the performance management processes
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture are reflected in the Performance strategy
- Understands how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have: - Post secondary degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Communications or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' relevant business experience
- Strong internal consulting skills with ability to champion and influence change
- Deep knowledge of performance management methodology and how to drive the cultural and behavioral changes needed to enable a winning team work culture
- Very strong strategic and tactical planning skills and implementation/project management skills
- Knowledge of change management and what it takes to move/inspire a broad work force
- Curious about leading trends and best practices to drive enhancement initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills
