What is the Opportunity?
Digital Onboarding Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will be responsible for Product Management, development efforts and working closely with the squad on delivering the payments experience on the portal.
What will you do?
- Articulate vision and operational delivery for Digital Onboarding (DO) in support of USCM OKRs
- Actively partner with product organizations and clients to identify onboarding pain points and execute delivery of those solutions
- Establish partnerships within USCM and RBC ecosystem to fulfill DO needs for institutional platforms
- Lead a team of experienced individual, providing management support through day to day
- Ensure product development maturation and methodologies adoption in the product development lifecycle
What do you need to succeed?
- People leadership
- Experience managing digital, fintech and SaaS products
- Demonstrated client/product onboarding experience working at a financial institution and delivering seamless digital experiences
- Product management experience having worked in agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to collaborate closely across our cross-functional team to bring the voice of the customer/represent the business needs/requirements to them
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; A "can do" attitude; be able to adjust quickly to changes
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking; digital banking products
- Ability to operate in a fluid, rapidly changing environment

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $210,000 - $250,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
