The Opportunity
The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport has an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for the role of Director, Strategic Initiatives in the Status of Women Office.
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Status of Women Office, this position is critical to leading and coordinating the development of public policy, programs, and other Strategic Initiatives that support the Ministrys and the Status of Women Office goals and objectives. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director, Strategic Initiatives, will lead a high-performing team to proactively identify trends and best practices to develop evidence-based recommendations and strategic advice for government decision-making in matters that advance the status of women.
