Responsibilities:
- Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Support the cook and kitchen staff with various tasks
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Adhere to proper sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
