Dishwasher is responsible for doing dishes, cleaning kitchen, taking garbage, recycling, grease and oil out to the trash/recycling, prepping when needed, keeping grease trap in good condition. Other duties as required. Heavy lifting is required. Organization is required.
They work under the direction of the line cook or kitchen manager.
They report to the Kitchen Manager.
Full time hours are available for the right person.
