Job Profile:

The Dishwasher reports to the Kitchen Manager and ensures that all kitchen cookware is washed, clean and stored in an organized manner. The Dishwasher also assists with general kitchen and equipment cleaning and receiving food and beverage orders.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Follow all food safe protocols

· Collect used/dirty kitchenware

· Wash all dishes and other cookware

· Ensure all dishes, cookware and equipment is stored in an organized manner

· Maintain cleaning supplies

· Remove garbage regularly

· Sanitize the kitchen area

· Wash rubber floor mats and under mats regularly

· Assist with general kitchen and equipment cleaning

· Receive food and beverage orders and put away in a safe and organized manner

Qualifications:

· Ability to lift 50lbs

· Self Starter

· Effective communication skills
