Job Responsibilities

- In charge of cleaning plates, cutlery and glass ware for front of house

- In charge of cleaning pots, pans, equipment and appliances used in the kitchen

- Basic understanding of food menu items

- Closing, opening and cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant

- Helping out different positions within the kitchen and restaurant as directed by Chef, Sous Chef and Owner

- Understanding the importance of sanitization

- Be willing to help other positions within the restaurant when called upon

- Reporting progress and issues to the Sous Chef and Chef

- Keeping storage and cupboards clean and organized

- Other duties as assigned
