- Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using a dishwasher, ensuring they are spotless and sanitized before putting them away
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including the dishwasher, sinks, and surrounding areas
- Help with general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including wearing proper personal protective equipment and using chemicals safely
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with other kitchen staff and following instructions from the chef or kitchen manager
- Be reliable and punctual, showing up for scheduled shifts on time and ready to work
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
