Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Dishwasher is a crucial member of the Kitchen team. You will work in the kitchen dish and pot washing areas as well as helping in the kitchen when needed. The Dishwasher provides a hands-on, positive and proactive approach to all general aspects of the dish areas and kitchen. This Role is responsible for making sure all pots pans, dishes and working areas are cleaned and put away in proper locations to ensure efficient work flow for all kitchen and serving staff.

Work normally requires a high level of physical effort: lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, grasping, etc. occasional requirement to lift pots, pans, dishes and other items up to 50 lb. The cleaning portion of this role requires a moderate level of physical exertion for extended periods. Work is in a fast-paced, modern kitchen environment that operates 7 days a week.
