Dishwasher/Cleaner

The candidate will:

• Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and appropriately use chemical dilutions. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks around the premises.
• Assist in any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
