Residential Construction Customer Service Technician

Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Customer Service Technician is responsible for post possession repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing great Customer Service through post-possession care in resolving warranty issues with homeowners in a professional and courteous manner
- Attending scheduled warranty appointments and documenting the visits
- Completing repairs to the satisfaction of the Homeowner and Ventura
Requirements:
- Residential construction experience, including drywall repairs and paint touch-ups
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
Ventura offers a competitive compensation package including vision care, dental care, extended health care, life insurance, group RRSP plan.
Salary range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour ($52,000 to $62,000 per year)
