Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on commercial cleaning equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Assemble and disassemble cleaning equipment as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
