Service Technician

We are currently seeking Service Technicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will possess the necessary qualifications and expertise to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently identify and address customer concerns through diagnostic and repair procedures.
• Responsibly road test vehicles before and after repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Mounting, dismounting, repairing, inflating, and servicing tires of all sizes
• Handle tire repairs and changeovers as required.
• Conduct repairs on shop equipment and the service truck.
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment daily.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the service manager.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and commitment to being a team player.
• Capable of excelling in a physically demanding environment, involving heavy lifting and constant movement throughout the shift.
• Proficient in inspecting, diagnosing, adjusting, servicing, and repairing various vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to identify potential mechanical sales.
• Strong passion for people and a deep understanding of the value of excellent customer service.
• Methodical and patient approach with a keen eye for detail.
• *This position is labor intensive and requires the lifting and hauling tires (up to 100 lbs) multiple times per day.
