Dispatch Coordinator

Degree Residential Inc is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. If you are well-organized, efficient, and customer service oriented, this job could be right for you!

As our Dispatch Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our customers. You will be the first to answer the phones and assist customers, as well as scheduling our technicians their jobs.

Your responsibilities would be to:

• Serve customers by answering phones, return calls, provide updates on parts and equipment, assist with any questions or concerns, and take payments.
• Monitor email to assist and book customers.
• Schedule customers for work and assign work to technicians.
• Review work queues, reports, and verify workloads.
• Create marketing lists for advising of maintenance appointments and to provide updates.
• Create various types of work orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
