Carmichael is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Fredericton branch, this is a permanent full time position, working from Monday to Friday.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordination of service repairs
• Scheduling and coordination of preventive maintenance
• Issue work orders to technicians
• Issue purchase orders to vendors
• Responsible for purchasing all parts services and equipment for scheduled maintenance and repairs
• Coordinate daily check in and check out of all field technicians

Requirements:

• College or vocational study in business administration, operations, or similar
• Must have a positive attitude, experience in dispatch is not necessary but an asset.
• At least 3 of experience working in a coordination role, preferably within a service company is an asset.
• Candidates must have great time management and organizational skills
• Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools as well as having the ability to learn and operate a variety of in house computer software
