Valley Electric Ltd is on the lookout for a Service Coordinator. This role is all about making sure our customers and technicians connect smoothly for all things water heater service. You’ll handle everything from the moment a work order comes in to making sure our techs know where they’re headed next. And the cherry on top? You can work from the comfort of your own home 99% of the time.
Here's What You'll Do:
- Manage incoming work orders, making sure all the details are spot on for an easy fix.
- Reach out to customers to schedule appointments, giving them the lowdown on what to expect.
- Keep the technicians’ schedules updated so they’re always in the right place at the right time.
- Take care of entering the details of completed jobs into our system to keep our records straight.
- Solve any scheduling puzzles that come up and find smart ways to make our service even better.
- Be the friendly voice that answers customer questions, making their experience with us smooth and satisfying.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience in coordinating tasks and communicating with customers. If you’ve worked in a service environment before, even better.
- Is a champ at staying organized and can manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
- Has strong communication skills – you’ll be our team and customers' go-to person.
- Is tech-savvy enough to handle our scheduling and data entry software with ease.
- Enjoys solving problems and can do so creatively with the team.
