Applicant must be able to follow protocols, have good organization skills and cleanliness, have good time management skills, & can successfully multi-task. We are looking for an individual who could work in multiple locations, taking on the roll of dog playcare attendant and work in our retail stores & front reception!
Duties include:
- Feeding dogs and following detailed feeding logs
- Watching & minding groups of dogs in the daycare
-Handle a busy phone system & front reception
-Retail experience, preferably in a pet store
-Computer experience: Microsoft Office, Retail POS system
-Have transportation and ability to work at each location. Port Moody being the main base to work out of
-Excellent customer service skills
-Problem solving
- Daily walks for dogs
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility
- Ability to professionally deal with customers and their needs on a daily basis
Previous dog handling experience of a minimum 1 year is preferred.
Wage is negotiable based on experience. Always starts above minimum wage. Flexibility for evening & weekend shifts required.
