Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10 hour shifts)

Findoor Industrial Inc. is a leading manufacturer of highly insulated bi-fold commercial doors. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Door Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Door Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the efficient assembly of our doors while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Door Assembly tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain specialized gluing machines to produce high-quality doors.
• Lift and handle door components weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Conduct inspections to ensure doors meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the assembly process.
• Perform basic computer tasks related to machine operation.

Qualifications:

• Physically able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills to operate the gluing machine and perform related tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Experience: We are open to applicants with a mechanical aptitude who are willing to learn and adapt to this specialized equipment. Training will be provided to the right candidate who demonstrates the necessary skills and potential.
