Salary As a driver at Beacon, you will travel locally to deliver construction materials to our customers, while adhering to and understanding safety policies and regulations.
A clean driving record and customer service skills are a must! Experienced, safety-conscious and customer-focused drivers are encouraged !
We are looking for experienced drivers (class 1 ou 3) to join our team in Québec City as a Boom Truck Driver.
What can I expect from Beacon?
-Hiring bonus of $1,500 ($750 after 3 months of continuous service and $750 after 12 months of continuous service)

What will my day to day look like?
-Perform pre-departure checks
-Carry out the delivery of materials in a safe manner
-Keep the various registers up to date
-Respect delivery times
-Ensure compliance of transport documents
-Ensure that the goods, the trailer and the truck are in good condition and clean
-Assist in the preparation of orders
-All other related tasks
What are the requirements?
-Secondary 5
-Valid class 1 or class 3 driver's license
-Good driving record
-Reliability, availability, courtesy and politeness
-Have customer service and safety at heart
-Important asset: experience driving a Boom Truck
-Another advantage: valid forklift certificate
