About the Driver/Warehouse Associate role:
The ReStore home improvement outlet, is seeking an energetic and organized individual with a passion for customer service and team work to make a difference in our community as our: Driver/Warehouse Associate
In this role you will be picking up donations throughout Niagara on a daily basis. In addition, this role supports the warehouse lead in the management product flow through our store warehouse facility. Every day is a new adventure!
As the Driver/Warehouse Associate you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with donors and coordinating pick-ups/drop offs.
- Assisting with the movement of inventory in our warehouse facility.
- Assist with paperwork and product valuation.
- Dental care
- Vacation & paid time off
- Extended health care
- Experienced driver (24 ft. Straight truck or similar vehicle).
- A clean driving record with a Class G license- clean driving abstract required.
- Superior customer service and sales associate experience.
- Flexible work schedule including Saturday shifts.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move large items.
- Warehouse experience and asset.
- Handy with tools and troubleshooting an asset.
- Tow motor experience a definite asset.
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Work every other Saturday
