About us

Wilson Family Drivers Ltd is a small business in Campbell River, BC. We are a professional training center, with the goal to provide quality class 5/7 driving lessons with a low stress attitude, safe and inclusive to all. We provide in-car driving lessons and offer our instructors the ability to set there own working days! You are not required to come into an office daily just open our app and off to pick up students for the day or evening if preferred.

```Duties```

- Provide class 5/7 driving instruction to students of all ages and skill levels

- A ICBC driver instructor licence is required to teach in this position

- Conduct In-Car sessions to educate students on traffic laws, rules, and regulations

- Implement lesson plans that cover various driving scenarios and techniques

- Demonstrate safe driving practices and techniques to students

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their driving skills

- Administer practical exams to assess students' knowledge and abilities

```Experience```

- Previous experience as a Driving Instructor preferred but not needed

- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, rules, and regulations

-Ability to work independently - You can set your working hours with us !!

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to effectively tutor and educate students in a vehicle setting

- Patient, calm, and able to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

- Preference will be given to an instructor with their " own" vehicle as a contractor to us but not required to apply for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• Do you have a ICBC driver training "INSTRUCTOR'' certificate ? Please note : This does not mean a drivers licence- this is a course from ICBC specific to teaching class 5/7 behind the wheel lessons. This is required to teach class 5/7 students.
