The role:
The Duty Manager supports the Front Office Manager by inspiring our front office team to deliver great guest service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring exceptional guest service is provided by the front office
- Supporting our company culture
- Understanding and assisting with all Front Office positions and be able to perform most tasks associated with those positions when.
- Training Front Office staff on an ongoing basis.
- Updating all Front Office procedural manuals on a regular basis
- Assisting with ensuring both Group and FIT reservations are properly entered and maintained.
- Ensuring all Reservations procedures are consistently followed.
- Other reasonable duties
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Enthusiastic attitude
- Hospitality background preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
