Duty Manager

The role:

The Duty Manager supports the Front Office Manager by inspiring our front office team to deliver great guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring exceptional guest service is provided by the front office
• Supporting our company culture
• Understanding and assisting with all Front Office positions and be able to perform most tasks associated with those positions when.
• Training Front Office staff on an ongoing basis.
• Updating all Front Office procedural manuals on a regular basis
• Assisting with ensuring both Group and FIT reservations are properly entered and maintained.
• Ensuring all Reservations procedures are consistently followed.
• Other reasonable duties

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Enthusiastic attitude
• Hospitality background preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.48 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
