Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online chat platforms.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding community programs, events, and services.
- Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline communication processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of community offerings to better assist users.
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or online chat support.
- Familiarity with community programs and services.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficient in using online chat platforms and Customer Service tools.
