THE ROLE:
- Assist customers at every stage of the purchasing process through various channels such as email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with the brand's service standards.
- Develop customer relationships by being well-prepared, paying attention to detail, being efficient during customer interactions, and following up appropriately.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score by delivering a top-notch customer service experience.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Retail experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Familiarity with live chat, social media, and email platforms.
