Online Chat Representative/Customer Care Advisor

THE ROLE:

• Assist customers at every stage of the purchasing process through various channels such as email, live chat, and phone calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with the brand's service standards.
• Develop customer relationships by being well-prepared, paying attention to detail, being efficient during customer interactions, and following up appropriately.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction score by delivering a top-notch customer service experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Retail experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Familiarity with live chat, social media, and email platforms.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and professional attitude with great attention to detail.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $17.90-$29.45 per hour
