Primary Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Conceptualize and strategize Email Marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team and copywriters by providing detailed briefs.
- Execute email campaigns by adding content to the Email Marketing platform.
SMS Marketing:
- Develop concepts and strategies for SMS marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the creative team and copywriters by issuing comprehensive briefs.
- Implement SMS campaigns by incorporating content into the designated platform.
Website Content Changes / Merchandising:
- Partner with ecommerce developers to integrate banners, copy, and other content on our websites.
- Manage pricing adjustments and apply discount codes as necessary.
- Perform website quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure optimal user experience.
Affiliate Relations:
Oversee affiliate relations on platforms like Rakuten.
Evaluate and respond to affiliate requests, approving or denying them as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in ecommerce, Email Marketing, and affiliate management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms (Klaviyo)
- Proficiency in SMS marketing tools (Attentive)
- Proficiency in Shopify and content management systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
