Job Type: Part-time, 20-30 hours per week. In July the hours will increase to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Support the head educators in implementing the Montessori curriculum.
• Engage with children in educational and play activities.
• Help with daily routines, including meal times and outdoor activities.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and wanting to learn and grow in early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and caring.
