Reporting to the Shop Manager and working under the guidance of experienced Electricians in a safety focused / team-based environment you will be responsible for the following:

Diagnose and repair of industrial and mobile equipment in both surface and underground work environments
Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions
Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
Perform routine maintenance work on equipment as required

Building/Facility Maintenance

Education and Experience:

Minimum of successful completion of secondary (high) school.

Typically requires High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 0 – 5 years related experience.
Preference will be given to applicants who are currently working towards an apprenticeship
Financial assistance may be provided for apprenticeship program training costs
