SalaryWe need a foreman for a mid-rise concrete building - 11 stories high with underground parking. It's a small footprint and an interesting building.
Must have experience in managing crews of up to 15 people.
You'll be on the project from footings until finish. Start date is November 2023 - Completion is slated for July 2025
A journeyman with tower slab experience would be ideal. Knowledge of mid rise and high rise construction is a huge plus.

Modular Electric is a rapidly growing electrical contracting company that has a number of positions available for electrical apprentices, journeymen and foremen. We are looking for candidates with wood-frame and steel stud construction knowledge and a willingness to learn. We are a commercial, institutional and large scale residential contractor.

Salary: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
