Job Summary:

As an Email & SMS Marketing Strategist at Dispatch, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Spearheading Email & SMS marketing strategy across a diverse range of clients.
• Being the main point of contact with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
• Collaborating with project managers, copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure that deliverables adhere to strategic goals.
• Building campaign calendars that align with brands' goals.
• Writing strategy briefs for copywriters and designers.
• Continuously analyzing and optimizing campaign and automated flow performance across retention channels to drive results.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in Email & SMS marketing to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of agency experience working on email marketing for e-commerce brands.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Klaviyo.
• Minimum 1-year experience working with Attentive, Postscript, or another SMS marketing platform.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about e-commerce and committed to achieving excellence in client satisfaction.
• Copywriting experience (preferred)

This is a full-time, remote position.
