Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly and accurately process 911 calls and emergency signals, even in high-pressure scenarios.
  • Coordinate Emergency Responses, confirm assistance is enroute, and notify subscribers.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all Emergency Responses in our computer systems.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality concerning sensitive information.
  • Embrace and adapt to new software tools while effectively multitasking to fulfill various responsibilities.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Our ideal candidate is fluent in French and English. Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in community care and public safety is highly regarded.
  • Exhibit composure in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-pressure situations.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including strong data entry and keyboarding capabilities.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment testing.
  • Candidates must reside in and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must provide a criminal record check that meets management's approval.
