We are currently seeking an Enterprise Business Analyst to join our team remotely in Canada. Candidates must be living in, and authorized to work in Canada.
In this position you will be:
-Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to define and document processes used to integrate organizations through a merger or acquisition. 
-Provide services to the process stakeholders through analysis of their process, understanding their challenges and advising on process improvement.
 
Othe responsibilities include:
• Individuals have a deep understanding of their own subject area and a broad understanding of related subject areas
 • They handle diverse issues and lead projects that contribute to the company's success.  
• Leads large-scale corporate-wide or complex business systems and applications upgrades, enhancements, development, and installations
• Evaluates user requirements for one or more specialized business applications and translates those needs into defined user assessment plans or specifications used in determining end-user business or technical needs
 • Serves as the subject matter expert and consulting resource for a functional area
• Works on applications and business problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope, and may include any project size, multiple IT segments, contractors, global rollout, new technologies, and new architecture
• Leads the process of translating requirements into appropriately managed IT projects and works with IT management to develop, manage, and report the short and medium-term plans to deliver this agenda
 • Leads the budgeting process to gather business requirements, prioritizes all requirements within the functional area, and works with peers and IT leaders to prioritize accordingly within the overall IT roadmap
 • Provides strategic guidance in partnership with management to address business needs and requirements.
 • Drives the globalization and standardization of both technical and organizational processes.
