Responsibilities:
- Accurately record AP invoices, AR invoices, and payroll
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliations
- File GST on monthly basis
- Assist with monthly end and year end
- Prepare inventory report
- Arrange payments for suppliers and monitor cash flow
- Minor admin tasks such as filing documents, printing invoices for next day delivery
Requirements:
- Accounting major or equivalent experience is must needed
- Must be PR/Citizen/Hold with a valid work permit
- Familiar with Sage 50, QuickBooks, Word and Excel
- Detail oriented and fast learner
- Be able to meet deadlines
