```Duties:```
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various Indian cuisine dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of food
- Help with food inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Leadership qualities to assist in managing kitchen operations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed
