Cook/Food Prep

Preparing 2 snacks and a full lunch for 100 infants, toddlers and preschoolers.

Monday to Friday. 6 Hour shift. No weekends.

Prepare menus, shopping lists, prepare food for all children including children with allergies and food restrictions. Keep record of fridge and freezer temperatures and food temperatures.

Keep stock in order keeping in mind food best before dates and expiry dates.

Wash all dishes, cutlery etc. after snacks and lunches.

Post menu for parents weekly.

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
