Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation
- Ensure that food is cooked properly and served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the food industry or kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of food service principles and practices
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
