In this important role you’ll be setting the day for all our guests and staff.

EDUCATION; Red Seal or Culinary Diploma preferred.
Recognized Food Safe Certificate
WHMIS, H&S awareness, OHRC accessibility (provided)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Follow all guidelines and procedures set out by the Executive Chef
Follow and understand Food Safe requirements set out by local Health Board and the Executive Chef.
Understand and follow menus platting procedures and presentation with attention to detail.
Understand and follow requirements related to food allergies and intolerances.
Complete daily food prep lists, cleaning and sanitation lists.
