Equipment Operator/Labourer

We are looking for an Equipment Operator/Laborer to join our small team at Wyngold Farms in Lansdowne ON.

- Perform various farm tasks such as assisting with planting, harvesting, tractor work
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Assist with Bedding, Cleaning stalls and maintaining Milking/Manure Equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs of equipment
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently

Please note that this is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Experience is not necessary to apply, but local and general knowledge of equipment is an asset.

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
