Salary Insight Global is looking for a ERP Business Analyst to join a leading automotive engineering and design organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing requirements; designing processes; implementing and configuring. This individual will customize and configure the software packages based on company requirements, then test and maintain these changes. In addition, the Business Analyst will look for opportunities to better utilize the ERP to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the company.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading and initiating tasks related to ERP projects. They will gather business requirements, analyze design sessions, and assess solutions using the ERP and integrated systems such as PLM and TMS. They maintain current knowledge and understanding of ERP and integrated applications, conduct in-depth tests, create and maintain team documentation, and perform user trainings.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of support and technical experience in using ERP systems
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent analytical skills to evaluate information and data from multiple sources to technical/non-technical users
* Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment with conflicting and changing
priorities and deadlines
* Experience with SQL or ERP Data Query/Reporting tools and Programming
knowledge.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Knowledge / understanding of Pronto ERP software, PLM, and TMS systems is an asset
