Cannara Biotech Inc. is currently looking for an ERP Developper to join a dynamic team.
GENARAL SUMMARY
Cannara is looking for an ERP Developer who will work with key business leaders to develop tools to measure and plan day-to-day operations.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce and maintain an efficient production tool to track actual and forecast sales variances;
- Improve the flow of information useful to various departments;
- Provide fast and accurate information, in order to respond to requests on the ERP software;
- Serve as the main point of contact for all questions and ensure timely resolution of issues;
- Understand internal processes and objectives;
- Train employees using the features and functions of the software;
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and recommend process improvements;
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into KPIs;
- Stay on top of industry trends and new product features/functionality;
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or certifications related to this position;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with similar responsibilities;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
- Microsoft Office;
- Bilingual.
