Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Explain game rules and provide instructions to players
- Monitor game progress and provide hints or assistance when needed
- Reset Escape Rooms and ensure they are clean and ready for the next group
- Maintain knowledge of all games and be able to answer any questions from guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to engage with guests of all ages
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at hand
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

Salary: $16.55-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 32 per week
